Retail packaging for produce
Last year, the NNZ – Quasem School in Kurigram opened its doors and welcomed its students. This took place in the same month as NNZ’s 100th-anniversary celebration, during which it received royal recognition. We are thrilled to receive heartwarming messages, such as the video shown below, from our school in Bangladesh. Through this important project, we are shaping a brighter future for many children and providing job opportunities in the area.
Since 1922 we are sourcing jute – one of the most sustainable packaging materials. Education is one of the pillars for the development of Bangladesh, that is why we choose to build a school in consultation with Quasem Foundation in Kurigram. If you would like more information about this project, feel free to contact us.
With this initiative we contribute to SDG 8.8: "Ensure inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment and decent work for our people.
